KKR vs RCB: AN EASY WIN FOR KKR OVER RCB

Electing to bat, Royal Challengers Bangalore were all out for 92 in their Indian Premier League match against Kolkata Knight Riders on Monday. This is the 6th lowest total scored by RCB in the IPL. All their batsmen failed to make an impact as wickets fell at regular intervals.

KOHLI

They lost skipper Virat Kohli (5) early . To compound their woes, Glenn Maxwell (10) fell cheaply while AB de Villiers was out for a first-ball duck, which sent RCB on a backfoot.
KKR started the batting with Gill and debutant Venkatesh Iyer, both of them used the power play and scored more than 50 runs in 6 over. Shubman Gill got out after scoring 48 runs, but the damage was already done. Venkatesh Iyer finished things off in style as Kolkata Knight Riders chased down the total of 93 in 10 overs with 9 wickets in hand. Royal Challengers Bangalore were bundled out for 92 in 19 overs. Varun Chakravarthy starred for KKR with the ball after RCB captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bat. Chakravarthy picked up three wickets for 13 in his four overs. Andre Russell also picked up three wickets, while Lockie Ferguson picked up two wickets. Prasidh Krishna also picked the all-important wicket of Kohli.
