How to make Chilli Cheese Toast | Chef Ranveer Brar
An all-time go-to snack!

Ingredients
1. 4-5 fresh Green Chillies – chopped
2. ½ medium Red Bell Pepper – chopped
3. 2 cloves Garlic – chopped
4. 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped
5. 1 heaped tbsp Butter
6. 1 cup Processed Cheese
7. 4 slices Bread
Method
1. In a bowl add green chillies, red bell pepper, garlic, coriander leaves, butter, and processed cheese.
2. Mix everything properly until the mixture is smooth.
3. Now heat a pan and toast the bread from one side properly
4. Remove them and apply the cheese mixture on the toasted side.
5. Put the bread back in the pan on the non-toasted side.
6. Cover and let it cook on medium heat until the cheese has melted.
7. Remove and cut in triangles.
8. Serve warm with tomato ketchup.
