The romantic-drama, directed by Raj Mehta and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta, starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Kiara Advani, as well as YouTuber Prajakta Koli and TV programme host Manish Paul, began filming in Chandigarh in December last year.

The film’s production was repeatedly delayed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Varun and Neetu tested positive for the infection during the shooting, which was one of the reasons the filming was put on hold for a while.
