‘Anek,’ a spy thriller starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Check out the Theatre release date
For his next film, Ayushmann Khurrana will reunite with his ‘Article 15’ director Anubhav Sinha.
He will appear in the film ‘Anek,’ a socio-political thriller set in Northeast India. In the film, Ayushmann is said to play a spy.
Anubhav Sinha directed the film, which was co-produced by T-Series and Sinha’s Benaras Mediaworks.
Ayushmann announced the release date on Instagram today, revealing that it will hit theatres on March 31, 2022!
“It’s only every once in a while that an actor comes across a narrative that pushes him to jump out of his comfort zone,” Ayushmann added. While I’ve always supported novel fiction, ‘Anek’ challenged me to give it my all. It’s the kind of script that makes you want to give it everything you’ve got. I’m incredibly thrilled that we were able to make a picture like this, and even luckier that I was given the opportunity to star in it.”
