As Virat Kohli bats in the nets, Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer are “left in awe”

At a nets practise during the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021, India captain Virat Kohli mesmerised his colleagues Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer as he stroked his way to some spellbinding shots. Kohli appeared to be in inspired form in a video broadcast by the International Cricket Council (ICC), which was reflected in his shot-making. Shreyas and Ishan were awestruck and even applauded between back-to-back throwdowns as the captain middled practically every ball thrown at him. Ishan was also seen rehearsing Kohli’s shots in the shadows.

In a terrible 10-wicket loss to arch-rivals Pakistan in Dubai on October 24, Virat Kohli was the best scorer for his team, with 57 runs in 49 balls.

Despite the fact that Shreyas and Kishan did not play in the game, the team management may have to make some difficult decisions ahead of the second game against New Zealand on October 31.

New Zealand, on the other hand, was also defeated by Pakistan by five wickets, putting the group in a fascinating position.
