MOCHA SHAKE



Ingredients

4 tsps coffee powder
4 tbsps brown sugar
1 tbsp agar agar (veg gelatin)
2 cups milk
8 tbsps coffee decoction
¼ cup cocoa powder + for dusting
8 tbsps powdered sugar
Ice cubes as required

Method

1. To make the coffee jelly, bring 1½ cups water to a boil in a deep pan. Add coffee powder and mix well.
2. Add brown sugar and agar agar and mix well. Continue to boil for 3-4 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and strain the mixture into a 6 inch square casserole and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or till set.
3. Cut the set jelly into small cubes
4. Pour milk in a blender jar, add coffee decoction, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and ice cubes and blend to a smooth mixture.
5. Add a portion of the coffee jelly into each serving glass. Pour the prepared drink and serve immediately dusted with cocoa powder.
