David Warner Has A Funny Reaction To Rohit Sharma Flaunting Team India’s T20 World Cup Jersey
Rohit Sharma, India’s limited-overs vice-captain, shared an endearing video with his followers on Instagram on Tuesday, showing them the new blue shirt for the ICC T20 World Cup. The back of the shirt has Rohit’s name and the number 45 inscribed on it. India won a warm-up match against England in Dubai on Monday, kicking off their preparations for the competition. The team management opted to give Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul some game time, hence Rohit did not play in the match. The tournament’s opening round began on Sunday, October 17 in Oman. India’s campaign will kick off on October 24 at the Dubai International Stadium against arch-rival Pakistan.
An ecstatic Rohit Sharma was seen flashing the India jersey in his hotel room ahead of the commencement of their campaign, and the video of the same is now going viral.
Rohit captioned the video, “Jumping into my India Blue.”
Rohit’s Instagram photo went viral almost immediately, with other high-profile cricketers reacting.
David Warner, the former Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) captain and Australia opener, was one of the first to comment on the tweet.
With three laughing emojis, Warner responded, “You copying my Tiktok.”
“Jumping into the #T20WorldCup mood like,” Rohit’s Indian Premier League (IPL) side Mumbai Indians (MI) said.
Kuldeep Yadav, an Indian spin bowler, wrote, “Very cute.”
