Huma Qureshi To Walk The Tashkent Film Festival’s Red Carpet

Huma Qureshi is getting prepared for the Tashkent Film Festival. She flew out on Monday for the famous festival, which has a long history with India dating back to Raj Kapoor’s appearance at the inaugural event in 1968. The Festival, which was formerly a cultural highlight of the Soviet Union, is currently held by Uzbekistan.

Huma will walk the red carpet and attend events such as ‘New Uzbekistan,’ which will focus on youth and public health, ‘Pearl of the Silk Road,’ and ‘Days of World Cinema’.

The actress received a lot of praise for her portrayal in the political web series “Maharani,” which was inspired by Rabri Devi’s ascent to power in Bihar. She also featured in the Netflix hit “Army of the Dead,” a zombie heist film directed by Zack Snyder.
International personalities such as Timur Bekmambetov, Luc Besson, Gerard Depardieu, Rob Minkoff, and Steven Seagal will attend the Festival, which begins on Tuesday and extends till October 3.
