In the IPL Eliminator, Sunil Narine dismisses Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers.
Sunil Narine of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) ripped through the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) middle order during his team’s Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 Eliminator match in Sharjah on Monday, taking four wickets in four overs. The West Indies spinner sliced through the defences of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers, putting KKR in a commanding position in the knockout match. Kohli was tricked by Narine in the 13th over, who went for a slog on the side but entirely missed the ball.

Narine maintained his excellent form by dismissing Glenn Maxwell, putting an end to RCB’s aspirations of scoring a large total. Narine concluded his four overs with a four-wicket haul of 21 runs.
Kohli had won the toss and chose to bat in Sharjah earlier in the match.
RCB got off to a blazing start thanks to Devdutt Padikkal and Kohli, who scored 49 runs in the opening five overs. The KKR bowlers, on the other hand, stormed back into the game with consistent strikes.
KKR managed to restrict RCB to 138 for seven from their quota of 20 overs because of Narine’s spell.
