MS Dhoni Responds To A Fan Who Asked About Chennai Super Kings Captain MS Dhoni’s Bollywood Dreams as “Not Really My Cup Of Tea”

MS Dhoni, the captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), revealed his Bollywood ambitions when answering a fan’s query at a franchise event attended by numerous CSK players, including Deepak Chahar, Shardul Thakur, and Imran Tahir. Dhoni responded quickly to the query posed by the fan. The admirer inquired, “Can we expect to see you in Bollywood in the future?” In his humble manner, Dhoni revealed that acting in Bollywood wasn’t his “cup of tea,” and that advertising was the extent of his involvement in the industry.

“You know Bollywood is not really my cup of tea. As far as advertisements are concerned, I am happy to do them. When it comes to movies, I feel it’s a very tough profession and very difficult to manage, I would let the film stars do it because they are really good at it. I will stick to cricket. The closest I can come to acting is advertisements and nothing more than that” Dhoni responded.

Chahar sought to persuade his captain to reconsider his decision to work in commercials rather than in films. He made a cheeky remark:

“There’s more money in advertisements than movies.”

“Bollywood can’t afford Dhoni Bhai,” Tahir responded lightheartedly.
Aside from his question about Dhoni’s Bollywood goals, the fan also displayed a lovely self-made image of Dhoni.

Dhoni was overjoyed to see the painting and agreed to the fan’s request that the portrait is presented to the CSK captain in person whenever he visited Chennai or Kerala.
