Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari from Bunty Aur Babli 2 to hold a Diwali celebration party for the industry

Since the announcement of their film Bunty Aur Babli 2, all eyes have been on Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari. Interestingly, for the first time in their film careers, they will be portrayed as a commercial hero and heroine in this picture, as the new Bunty and Babli, respectively. The primary actors in this comedy are planning a Diwali get-together for the mainstream press, the first one in two years owing to the outbreak!

“Bollywood films are linked with Indian festivals,” adds Siddhant. Due to the pandemic, the film industry has been unable to share these major moments with the public for the previous two years. I’m overjoyed that movies are making a comeback in theatres, and I’m optimistic that people will return to see exciting films.”

“Because we are advertising our film during the holiday season, we have decided to celebrate this unique time in all of our lives by holding a Diwali get-together for our media community,” he continues. For a long time, we haven’t had the opportunity to meet and connect with them in person. So we want to join them in celebrating and telling each other that movies and celebrations are returning!”

“I’ve been looking forward to advertising my big-screen debut with media folks since I’ve heard how friendly and enjoyable such events are,” Sharvari explains. I’m delighted my first media appearance is for a fun Diwali party that we’re planning for them.”

“These are significant occasions for our cinema community because we haven’t been able to hold such events because of the pandemic,” she adds. We can’t wait to rejoice once more, and for our industry to provide the smiles and shouts that movies are known for bringing to audiences in massive numbers.
