Siddhant Chaturvedi talks about his experience in Bollywood up to this point
Siddhant Chaturvedi, who will be seen in the criminal comedy ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2,’ is hoping to be a representative of the talent that abounds in his home state of Uttar Pradesh.
The actor comes from the little village of Ballia in Uttar Pradesh, and he wants to be proud of his hometown and state.
“For someone who comes from a small place like Ballia, first gaining a break in Bollywood, to now being a hero of a very huge Hindi film is certainly a dream come true,” Siddhanth said of his effort to make it big.
I never imagined I’d make it because I’d seen so many bright individuals from tiny towns struggle to gain attention.
“It’s incredibly difficult,” he added, “but I have to acknowledge that there is still a lot of learning in that struggle.” It brought me back to earth, showed me the realities of a major city, and taught me not to look at everything through rose-colored glasses.
“I can’t complain because my battle made me stronger.” I consider myself extremely fortunate to have gotten my start with Excel Films and a brilliant director like Zoya Akhtar.”
“I want to represent Ballia properly with his work and make people from my town proud of him,” Siddhant says.
“I think I’m a good representative of the talent that exists in the UP as well as in little villages across our lovely country.”
