Sunrisers finally gets 2 point by defeating Rajasthan Royals

Sunrisers Hyderabad spoils Rajasthan Royals chances of making the playoffs as an assured batting effort, Jason Roy and Kane Williamson fifty help SRH to a 7-wicket win in Dubai.
In chase of 165, SRH got off to a cracking start by openers Jason Roy and Wriddhiman Saha (18) took SRH past 50 in just 4.5 overs. Eventually, SRH got to 63/1 at the end of the Powerplay as Saha was dismissed by Mahipal Lomror. Roy continued to deal in boundaries and was joined by Kane Williamson, who kept the run-rate up. Roy got to his fifty on debut but fell soon after for 60 to Chetan Sakariya. Mustafizur Rahman then removed Priyam Garg for a golden duck. But SRH weren’t going to give up as Abhishek Sharma (21*) and Williamson (51*) put on a crucial 48-run stand to guide their team home to a seven-wicket win in just 18.3 overs. Earlier in the day, Sanju Samson was the star of the first innings as he scored a bombastic 82, off just 57 balls, to help Rajasthan Royals post 164/5 in 20 overs.
