Rajinikanth has been hospitalised to Chennai’s Kauvery Hospital. While their staff has indicated that this is a routine check-up, a new health bulletin has been issued. Rajinikanth underwent Carotid Artery revascularization surgery on Friday and is expected to be released from the hospital in a few days.
The hospital’s official statement has now been issued on social media, and it states, “Mr. Rajinikanth was admitted in the hospital yesterday (28th October 2021) following an episode of giddiness. He was thoroughly evaluated by the expert panel of doctors and advised to undergo Carotid Artery revascularization. The procedure was performed successfully today (29th October 2021) and he is recovering well. He is likely to be discharged from the hospital after a few days.”

The hospital administration’s announcement has abated fans’ fears, and they are now waiting for Rajinikanth to wave his hands.
While his wife Latha and his staff said that it was a routine health check-up, many sources claimed that he was admitted due to chest trouble and uneasiness. Riaz K Ahmed, Rajinikanth’s public relations manager, stated in a voice message that “Thalaiva is in good health”.
